Summary: A bit frustrating - we booked a family room on Hotels.com specifically because it was shown in the images as a king bed and two bunks. When we arrived we found out it was a king bed and a very small sofa bed - not great when we are a couple with two grown up children. The hotel did not have any other rooms available, and in the end the floor was my best option.
