A Gorgeous Newly Built Fully Equipped Home in the heart of Emmer Greens countryside with refreshing and beautiful woodland walks only 2 minutes away. A state of the art german engineered kitchen, Piano, NETFLIX, Garden, PARKING 4-5 Cars!
The home invites a large amount natural light from the french bi-fold doors in the living area to skylights dotted all over the upper floor giving a vibrant feel throughout the house.
We have a fully equipped German Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and an incredible ISLAND BAR - the perfect place to get your cook on!!
Our living area has lovely cream leather sofa and arm chairs by the french doors and 55 INCH 4K SMART TV, a piano across the room waiting to be played and a dining area to enjoy your home cooked meals :)
Walking up the wooden stairs to enter the warm and luxurious silver carpeted landing with beautiful architecture, skylight and chandelier, this is my favourite part of the home!
We have 3 double and 1 twin bedroom on the upper floor with a master en-suite and main bathroom with a toilet/sink on the ground floor.
