We have a fabulous 3-bedroom house located close to Reading Golf Club that sleeps 6. This delightful house with lovely outdoor space, quiet location, 10 minutes easy walk to local shops, restaurants. 2 minutes to bus stop take you to Reading city centre and Railway station. It has a good-sized living area & kitchen. The house is very modern, stylish and comes with free Wi-Fi. There is a TV in the lounge area and all three bedrooms have comfortable beds in them.
The space
Our house is ideal for a group of friends or a family to stay at and enjoy a short break in Reading. It comes with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas, together with a TV. We provide all towels and bed sheets for your stay and some complimentary soaps, body wash and shampoo.

The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
