Sydhavnen is an idyllic neighborhood at the south end of Copenhagen Harbor. Recently the area has become popular with young people and new arrivals to the city, thanks to a boom of new construction. There's a lot to love about this up and coming area, from the harborside restaurants with views for days to the small yacht club in Fiskerihavn Bay. You can find a variety of cuisine on offer in Sydhavnen, and the Irma supermarket is a great place to shop for essentials. On the weekend you can explore Sydhavnstippen, a vast green space where you can relax in nature and get up close and personal with alpacas. Sydhavnen is served by Copenhagen's A and C train lines as well as several bus routes.

This apartment has a residency requirement. Tenants are required to be registered in the address at the municipality for their full stay.
Rent is charged on a monthly basis and you have a 1-month termination notice.
Please be aware that all tenant bookings in Copenhagen are required by law to establish residency (""Bopælspligt""). Tenant(s) are required to register the stay at borger online portal. However, to register, a tenant needs to have a CPR number which can be obtained only if the tenant plans to stay in Denmark for a minimum of three (3) months. To obtain a CPR, a tenant needs to go in person to:
