Ideally Located
Teglholmen is a newly developed neighborhood set on its own peninsula within Copenhagen Harbor. This booming new residential area is a good choice for new arrivals to the city, with gorgeous views and plenty to see and do. The area takes its name from a tile works which was founded in 1871, only to be replaced by light industry during World War I. Nowadays, Telgholmen is a chic destination for harborside dining and an ideal place to call home. There are cute cafes and restaurants near the water, and anyone who prefers to cook can stock up on groceries at the Netto food shop. Teglholmen is connected to nearby Sluseholmen by the Teglværk Bridge.

This apartment has a residency requirement. Tenants are required to be registered in the address at the municipality for their full stay.
Rent is charged on a monthly basis and you have a 1-month termination notice.
Please be aware that all tenant bookings in Copenhagen are required by law to establish residency (""Bopælspligt""). Tenant(s) are required to register the stay at borger online portal. However, to register, a tenant needs to have a CPR number which can be obtained only if the tenant plans to stay in Denmark for a minimum of three (3) months. To obtain a CPR, a tenant needs to go in person to:
