The owner provides 2 kayaks and a canoe for your use. Close to shopping and recreational activities. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Level on roadside, sloping from driveway along the house then levels out again by the waterfront. Mostly lawn w/a tree-line on both sides of the property. Sandy, gradual entry, some pebbles. The occupancy is for 8 people all week with 1 overnight guest for 2 nights maximum.
