Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Easy check in and great communication with owner/host. Superb location for exploring the Suffolk coast, anywhere between Southwold and Ipswich. Good facilities, lovely cafe next door. Tidy and well equipped.

Negative: It's a shame that directly opposite the accommodation is a dog kennel and every morning, woken by dozens upon dozens of loud howling dogs! As other guests have said, the windows need blinds for privacy and a door on the bedroom.
