Perfectly located for your trip to the Kathadin region for visiting Baxter State Park (Mt. Kathadin), exploring the lakes with many gorgeous beaches, white water rafting the Penobscot River, fishing, riding ATV's or snowmobiling on the Jo Mary trail system from the property! Property has excellent swimming and plenty of dock space for your boat. Roast your marshmallows on the fire pit overlooking the lake.
House is very comfortable with new appliances, new beds, central heating system and heat pumps (being installed Spring 2024) for summer AC comfort. Property is located approximately 6 miles from the center of Millinocket so the convenience of groceries, gas and restaurants are close by.

Summary: Beautiful and serene location. House was immaculately clean and stocked with everything you needed. Lake was great for swimming kayaking. Had a wonderful few days here. Very comfortable. Great nighttime views of the stars. Highly recommend!
