With the environment in mind, yet conscious of comfort and style, this spacious one bed cottage has all the amenities plus its in a dream waterside location. One of the sunniest spots in the country we are able to enjoy alternative energy from PV panels and also offer complimentary EV charging for your car.

Just opposite Sidlesham Quay the Cottage sits next to the main Granary. The Quay forms part of Pagham Harbour RSPB Nature Reserve, an internationally important site for nature conservation. A sheltered inlet, it provides a precious habitat for much birdlife. From the Quayside the ever changing scenery, with the ebb and flow of the tides and stunning sunrises and sunsets, provides endless enjoyment and photo opportunities.

A single storey building with its own entrance, the Cottage features living room with large French windows and door onto the patio, a separate bedroom with comfy king sized bed and pretty view to the garden, and a spacious shower room with power shower and heated towel rail. For the cooks the kitchen has excellent cooking facilities, with gas hob and electric cooker and a full size fridge/freezer. There is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

A starter pack gets you going with foody essentials for breakfast. If you want others to do the work, pop round the corner to the Crab & Lobster, a renowned pub/restaurant offering superb food and service (advisable to book). They also do breakfast and are literally under a minutes walk away, although not visible from the house!

Outside, the large patio and garden has table, chairs, sunshades and BBQ. Everything needed for a quiet relaxing time, soaking up the sun in the peace and tranquility of our lovely garden. Our quiet hamlet enjoys no light pollution and the night sky is a regular treat for star gazers.

From the doorstep are some delightful walks and cycle tracks, including the quiet Church Norton beach. Selsey and the Witterings are nearby for alternative walks, beaches and watersports.

The Cathedral city of Chichester is 10-15 mins away, with its pedestrianised shopping centre, famous Theatre, and cinemas, pubs and restaurants. The various Goodwood venues are 6-9 miles away. Chichester mainline railway station takes you directly to London, and Southampton Airport is 28 miles away.
