The top story deck is the perfect place to sit and soak in the view while enjoying the sunset and the peaceful surroundings. There is also a covered deck out the back with a bbq and outdoor dining. The inside floor plan and furnishings have been specifically designed to easily accommodate larger groups- and is perfect for 2 large families. There is a well-stocked kitchen with a large oven, a gas BBQ outside and a second fridge downstairs in the laundry. The spacious lounge with large smart TV is the perfect place to sit and relax, while the fire burns in colder months and also a separate living space downstairs for the kids to play and watch TV. There are 2 large bathrooms, 3 toilets and even an outdoor heated shower. Set on a large fully-fenced block with a sheltered area under the deck, there is plenty of space outside if you want to bring your dog along too. All linen is supplied, as well as children's books, toys, high chair and portacot- so you don't need to pack much at all.

For those keen on fishing there are boat ramps into the inlet or you can fish directly from the platforms all the way along the Tarwin River.
