Characterized by its modern design and its perfect location with great views. Literally walking distance to all the services that the centre of Andorra has to offer. Only 30 seconds from the Caldea spa. We want to guarantee the comfort of visitors without the need to travel by car in a well-communicated luxury residential area that has all the utensils to guarantee a perfect holiday. This newly built property has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a TV and its own terrace. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds and bunk beds. All the bedrooms share two complete bathrooms with shower. It also has a spacious living room with access to the balcony and a state-of-the-art independent kitchen with dining area and all the necessary appliances. Parking upon request. The location is unbeatable. If the objective is the comfort of staying in the centre, enjoy the best restaurants, spas, shops, pubs and any other needs you may have. It is also in a location that will allow you to move comfortably to different locations in the Principality. 50 metres from the most famous spa in the country: Caldea. A 2-minute walk from the busiest shopping area in Andorra (Avinguda Carlemany). Less than 5 minutes walk from any service you may require.
