It has 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a grand living room that is 60 feet long. The living room has two grand pianos that were formerly owned by a concert pianist and a Metropolitan opera singer. It has a large porch with beautiful views of nature and mountains.
Situated on 10 private acres, it has private access to Lake Chocorua, one of the most picturesque lakes in the region. There is a private boathouse with access to several boats, including a canoe, a sunfish, and two kayaks.
Among several out buildings is a little playhouse that kids love.
