Summary: Room was in an annex, smelled damp and musty, heat came on without turning it on and could not cool the room again. One mornings’ room service breakfast was 15 mins early and the next was an hour late. The bed was worn down and uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin, I heard everything from the hallway and the lodger above me.
