Located just outside Dartmouth with 2 en suite bedrooms, a modern interior and a private garden, This sympathetically restored, fully thatched stone cottage is situated within the grounds of The Dartmouth hotel, which offers two exceptional golf courses, a bar, a restaurant and a leisure and spa complex with swimming pool which guests can access. The rear of the property affords magnificent views of the golf course and surrounding Devon countryside. A 5-minute drive will take you to the beautiful riverside town of Dartmouth or the picture postcard village of Dittisham. The local beaches of Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands are also within striking distance. For families visiting the area, Woodlands Leisure Park is a 2-minute drive away.
Accommodation:
The front door opens to an entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and boots, as well as a cloakroom with a toilet and basin. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the bedrooms. A few steps down from the entrance hall take you to the open plan living room with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The living room benefits from patio doors, which let in lots of light and provide access to the private grassy garden. The living room is furnished with two sofas with side tables and lamps, a TV, and a DVD player. A dining area completes the room with a dining table and chairs for 4. The kitchen is up a step from the lounge area and is well-equipped with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge, freeze, microwave, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
