In summer as in winter, there are diverse opportunities to relax actively or simply in peace.The house has four double bedrooms, a living room and two kitchens, three wet rooms. Two bathrooms are equipped with shower and WC and one with bathtub and WC. One bedroom offers overnight accommodation for up to two additional persons with an additional sofa bed, so that a total of up to ten persons can find space. A terrace and a balcony are attached. A garage is located in front of the house. Further cars may be parked on the public car park (150 m away) in Schmitten. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In addition, there is also a wood-burning stove.For an additional charge, dogs are welcome.The environmentSchmitten (Albula) is directly on the PostBus line Davos Lenzerheide-Chur.
