Finished in 1984, she boasts a tall and slender frame with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and laundry room. A hot tub and new ocean viewing deck were added in 2021. Take in Pacific City's Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda whilst in complete and comfortable seclusion.
Her old bones have settled elegantly into the hillside creating character and charm common in most older coastal homes. You will find that the floors slant and some of the windows are foggy. Doors might require an extra nudge to open or close... and this house may sway like the lazy ocean hugs the shore.
