The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, family room w/flat screen TV and sliding doors open to a large deck, gas grill and picnic table. Nestled on an oversized lot encircled by distinctive stone walls, this property offers an expansive yard that begs for lawn games, cook outs, and sunbathing!
Hardwood floors throughout, tastefully decorated, and well appointed, this home will not disappoint.

Please note there is no public parking at the Kelly beach, however, drop-offs are allowed. In addition, the house is a short 10-15 min walk to Kelly Beach entrance and the house is located on the route of the courtesy Bonnet Shores beach shuttle, running every 15 minutes. PARTIES, EVENTS and GATHERING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property. Those who do not adhere to this rule will have their booking cancelled immediately without refund. Bonnet Shores is one of the best beach communities in Rhode Island, located on the north end of Narragansett. Walk, jog or bike the 5k loop through Bonnet taking in breathtaking views of the Ocean and Narragansett Bay. Visitors have access to Kelly Beach, a private beach which is a short walk from the home. Kelly beach is one of the finest private beaches in New England with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Narragansett coastline.
