Backyard has plenty of seating on deck and around fire pit. Quiet private neighborhood, lovely for bike riding & walks. Plenty of off street parking. We respect our neighbors and neighborhood and would appreciate it if all renters do the same. If you are looking to party, this is unfortunately not the property for you.
