There is a row boat, 3 kayaks and many floating toys for your enjoyment on the water. Deck offers a Weber grill with side burner, bar and stools, and comfortable seating for the whole family. From below enjoy the shaded patio with additional seating and lounging.

The upper level offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, and a full bath. Double sliding glass doors lead to oversized deck. This deck is gated at both entrances so you have piece of mind with small children and pets. The living room has a smart HD TV and HD DVD. Take the Island Queen Ferry to MARTHA'S VINEYARD (departures/parking: ten minutes away).
