Beide Wohnungen verfügen über separate Eingänge (kein Treppenhaus). Das Haus ist freistehend und nach Süden (unverbaut) ausgerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und naturnah. Die Einrichtungen laden zum erholsamen und gemütlichen Wohnen sowohl im Haus wie auf den grossen Balkonen und der grossen Gartenterrasse (mit Grill) ein. Die Ferienwohnungen sind ideal für Gäste, die, nebst den vielseitig möglichen Aktivitäten, auch gerne in schönem Ambiente wohnen und Zeit im Domizil verbringen möchten. Das Haus steht direkt an einem sonnigen Panoramaweg (Sommer- und Winterwanderweg) und der Dorfkern mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist trotzdem sehr nahe. Auch die öffentliche Posthaltestelle und die Skibus-Station sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haustiere, nur nach vorheriger Absprache erlaubt, Preis Fr. 20.00 pro Tag.
