These apartments are located in a quiet courtyard. They are newly decorated with designer interiors and fitted with a huge bathroom and a full kitchen.
The Space:
If you are visiting Copenhagen as a tourist, you will not find a better spot to stay in the city. These three apartments are situated in a quiet courtyard for a private and homely feel.
A TOUR OF THE PLACE
You enter the courtyard from the street through a charming old entrance door. The stairway which has an elevator is located at the rear of the courtyard.
When you enter the apartment, you find yourself in the open kitchen/living/dining area. The full kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals as well as a Nespresso machine.
Between the lounge area and kitchen is a dining table that seats all of you comfortably. The space also has a nice and comfortable couch that doubles as a sofa bed for one, as well as an easy chair. There is also a French balcony that opens into the courtyard and a TV.
The two bedrooms have comfortable kingsize beds (180x200cm.) that also splits into singles. (The Churchill 2 has an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms). The large bathroom is brand new and decorated with beautiful tiles.
The Neighborhood:
This area is filled with green parks, outstanding restaurants, and chic cafes. The apartment is also close to Amalienborg and the famous Little Mermaid statue. Ferry buses go to the other side of the canals and attractions such as Christiania.
Getting Around:
Transportation is easy. The closest train station is Østerport station which is a 10 minute walk away. From here you can take direct trains to the airport, Malmø or up the coast.
The Metro station is the fastest and easiest way to get to most areas in Cph - The closest is at Kongens Nytorv which is a also a 10 minute walk away.
Biking is what the danes do, so you can do the same and see the city as a local would. Check every corner, by biking, it's much easier to get around do to the traffic of cars and busses. The closest bike rental is Copenhagen Bicycles in Nyhavn.
