Summary: It appears to be an old folks home that has had a quick refurb to turn it into cheap holiday flats. It's in the middle of a council estate. There is only a few parking places. It smelt just like an old folks home. As a bonus the "common room" still has the collapsed sofas and sense of pending finality only found in old folks homes. In that regard it's probably a great place to bring Granny for a wee break before dropping her at her new forever home, break her into it slowly and all that. Was "cheap" so let's be reasonable it was not terrible just kind of bad. What I would say is that unless budget is the primary factor I would probably look elsewhere but if you do stay here know what your booking and you will be fine.
