As you walk into this stay you'll be greeted by a small foyer. Walk down the walkway and then you'll find a stocked kitchen with gorgeous wood cabinets, modern appliances with a great bar eat in area that flows from the kitchen to the dinning and living room. The living area is open concept, perfect for hanging out in the evenings. On the 1st floor you'll also find a bedroom and bathroom. Moving downstairs you have two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom and in-unit laundry in the basement. In the back of the property you'll enjoy the back courtyard with two spiral staircases. Oh and did we mention the residences in the building also have a small garden in the back of the property. Finally, it's a must to go on a walk through the Sherman Hill neighborhood to explore many of the beautiful historic homes, not to mention Hoyt Sherman (concert venue), and the neighborhood bar down the street.

Wow is this neighborhood beautiful. It has a mix of large historic apartment complexes, single family, a little commercial, an event center (Hoyt Sherman). It's super eclectic. Sherman Hill is also the closes residential neighborhood to downtown. So you get the best of a quiet residential neighborhood as well as proximity to downtown.

Pull off of I-235 on the 19th street / MLK Parkway exit or if you're coming from the airport you will already be on 19th street/MLK Parkway. Pull then go east on Crocker and south on 18th. It's super simple to get to this property. Then just park on the street.
