1 Bedroom Apartment in Warwick
The apartment in my home is cozy, clean, quite and literally a two minute walk to the Village of Warwick restaurants, parks, shops and the NYC 196/197 bus stop. I do not charge a cleaning fee.
The private one bedroom apartment, with en suite and kitchen is part of my owner occupied home with your own private entrance.
Bedroom is equipped with full size bed, closet with slippers and robes for your comfort. Bathroom en suite supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and towels.
TV in the sitting area and the bedroom are equipped with cable, access to premium channels including Netflix. TV in bedroom is equipped with Xbox 360.
Comfy sitting area outside your room with a fully equipped kitchen. I do not provide breakfast however I do leave you breakfast treats on the counter along with coffee and a variety of teas.
Spring, summer and fall enjoy the outdoor sitting area, hammock and Ducane grill. All year long sit by the fire pit and enjoy smores.
You will access through the back yard of my home where you will find the Kwickset lock box for easy entry. There are 7 steps to the back of the home, handrails on both sides and it is well lit.
During your stay I provide you with as much privacy as possible. I live on the premises so I am available for any questions or concerns.
Warwick and the Lower Hudson Valley, are some of the most beautiful areas in the country. Come stay in my cozy space and see all this beautiful area has to offer.
You are within walking distance to the Village of Warwick which offers many activities; events, sightseeing, hiking, wineries, antiquing, shopping and amazing restaurants.
