Both sitting rooms have comfortable leather sofas. Large screen TV and games console. Full air conditioning and WiFi throughout the villa . The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a big or a small dish: a cooker/oven,, fridge freezer microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dish washer and crockery/utensils. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, has a LCD-TV, and direct access to the master bathroom (with separate walk in shower and bath).. There is also a walk-in closet to store your clothes and suitcases. There is an iron and ironing board. The second bedroom has a double bed and a brand new LDC TV. There are enough closets to store all your personal items. The third bedroom has comfortable twin beds and again a TV is provided. The main bathroom has a combined bath-shower tub, a toilet and a wash-hand basin. The swimming pool is larger than average and faces south, so sun all day long. You can relax here on the sun loungers and enjoy al fresco dining on the chairs and table provided. The pool can be heated if required. We employ a local management company to take care of the villa and are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa. This villa is in high demand and has a high repeat booking rate. The villa is located in the quiet Creekside community. This community lies only a few hundred meters from the main 192 road with its abundance of shops and restaurants. In the Creekside community there is no through-traffic, which makes the community very attractive and safe for kids. At the eastern side of the community, there is a small lake where you can walk around. When it comes to location: our community is also located ideally: in less then 5 minutes, you can find a major Wall Mart (big supermarket) and in less than 15 minutes you can be at Disney main gate. Strictly no smoking and no pets. Pool heat if required is $16 per night payable separately.
