Positive: The dining room bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs were fine and the bedroom on the ground floor WiFi good

Negative: The garden was dirty all the decking and the bbq was mouldy and there was 1 lounger not 2 The bathroom on the ground floor was covered in limescale on the shower heads and the grout was falling off the tiles in there onto the shower floor so couldn’t be used The kitchen cupboards and tiles were dirty with grease and the pots and pans were also stained and could not be used The lower ground which was a washing room and maybe a bedroom/playroom smelt of damp and mould everyday you had to leave the windows open all the time The fridge was dirty inside the trays etc the tv is broken also with a line down the left side so obscured view to watch anything Nothing really within walking no supermarket or restaurants or shops good 30 min walk

Summary: Not a very good home needs a lot of attention to bring it to how it should be as advertised
