Not liking the idea of cooking indoors? Head out and fire up the gas grill to show off your grill-master skills. Summary: We loved staying at this place, mostly because of the proximity to the beach. The house has a shed with beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart which was definitely helpful (it’s a bit of a walk through the sand once you’re on the beach). Theres also an outdoor shower to rinse off. The house itself had everything we needed for our family of 8, and it has some cute characteristics like a staircase nook and upstairs sitting room going out to the upper deck. There were a few updates that could be made to make it feel a little nicer, you can tell it could use a fresh coat of paint and some better decor. One of the doors in the downstairs bedroom doesn’t close properly and the front door was impossible to unlock when we first arrived. Took us a long time just to get into the house and it almost broke the key because it was so hard to unlock. There was mixed messaging about the linens being included or not, on Vrbo listing it says they are included but on our arrival email from the rental company it said in all caps linens NOT included. When we arrived there were linens on the front porch for us, but we had already brought all of our own. Mixed messaging there. Space was great for us all to spread out, the extra front room was perfect for game nights or morning coffee. All in all it was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.
