Well-kept holiday cottage with swimming pool located in a quiet area at the end of a closed road overlooking open fields at Søndervig. In the pool area you can relax and enjoy the whirlpool and sauna. The 17 m² large pool has counter-current system and a slide for the children. One bathroom is adjacent to the pool area. The house is well-planned with kitchen in open concept to the living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the large terrace. All common rooms have tile floors and the mezzanine has wooden floors. 6 bedrooms and 4 extra beds on the mezzanine. There is cot and high chair. The house was renovated in 2016 with e.g. new fixtures in the bathroom, new beds and new floors in the bedrooms. The house appears very well-kept in general. Besides the large, enclosed terrace where you can enjoy the sun and have barbecues the owner has also thought of the children with swing and sandpit on the large plot where you can also play ball etc. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
