Enviably placed in the heart of the 2nd, it’s just a short stroll to the world-famous Louvre Museum and the sun-dappled pathways of the Jardin des Tuileries. Throw in a sprinkling of vivid artwork and some slick, contemporary interiors, and you'll be all set to do Paris in style.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
A minimalist, open-plan living space is given an air of sophistication with a peppering of modern art, monochrome prints, and blue accents. The striking electric-blue canvas behind the sofa is probably our favourite, but it's a tough call. Floor-to-ceiling windows and fresh, white interiors allow the light to flood in, bringing a welcome element of tranquillity, whether you're relaxing on the sofa or enjoying a quiet evening meal. Little design flourishes afford an edge of urban cool, like the black steel beams and marble fireplace, which offer a striking contrast against whitewashed walls. The soft palette continues into the kitchen, where a skilful use of space provides room for a kitchen island and barstools - ideal for a casual breakfast (or a casual wine).

The bonus storage space stashed in the hallway is a great addition. Then, as much as we appreciate the tessellated prints and vivid colours on show, it would be remiss of us not to mention the charming animal mural in the children's bedroom. A flamingo on a unicycle? Every home should have one.

This apartment is on the third floor with no lift. The bunk beds are ideal for children but not suitable for adult-sized guests. The principal bedroom and living room face the street, so you may find it takes a short while to adjust to the new noise level. Both come with blinds and shutters though, so you'll be nicely screened. And speaking of screening, there's triple glazing in the living room and bedrooms. Please be aware, there are cameras within the security system for this home. Pictures are only taken if the alarm goes off.
