Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Amazing property, very spacious with comfy beds and sofas, very clean with good facilities (washing machine, parking, garden, dishwasher etc). Views are Outstanding, the pictures here do not do them justice. The exe estuary at sunrise and sunset is gorgeous, even the night sky was brilliant. The local pubs are really great, and within a few minutes walk, with a selection of local ales and local seafood amongst pub favourites. The anchor in particular is a standout pub for an evening meal. Hosts checked in on us and left helpful instructions. Starcross station a 20 minute walkway providing rail access to the whole south west peninsular, with good value group fares with GWR. We will definitely return.
