All bedrooms and the full and 1/2 bath are on the 2nd floor, the living, dining, large kitchen and laundry are on the 1st floor the large basement is finished to offer an office space with direct connect internet, a lounging/ TV area and a entertainment area. Groups 6 people or larger can request access to a 2nd full bath for an additional $100 per stay. There is a minimum 30 night stay requirement for this property.
