The Shell House is a contemporary house located in Dartmouth Town Centre in South Devon. The property has two double bedrooms and one family bathroom and it is pet friendly too. The kitchen/living/dining is on the ground floor and completely open plan along with a woodburner (Guests to bring your own wood), a great social space for a couple or friends on holiday. The first floor houses a double bedroom and the family bathroom and the master bedroom is on the second floor. The house is a short walk away from the local attractions in the town, so if you didn't want to drive everywhere during your holiday you don't have to. It is roughly a five minute walk from the bus stop and the passenger ferries.
