Summary: The Raven Hotel in Hook is a fantastic choice for business travel. Its location by the train station is ideal, but the service is what really shines. The entire team was excellent, providing professional and friendly service throughout my stay. Special mention to Valentina and Miranda, who were exceptional hosts—attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was another highlight. Forget the tired hot buffet; here, you get a delicious, freshly cooked-to-order meal that perfectly jumpstarts a busy workday. For any business traveller seeking efficiency, comfort, and top-tier hospitality, this hotel comes highly recommended. I will certainly return.
