This apartment is situated in one of The Most Quintessentially English Sea-side towns in the North of England with over 22 miles of coast. The Grade II listed Southport Pier is the oldest iron pier in the country standing for over 150 years. We can sleep 4 guests in this truly unique property, with its extraordinary location, high ceilings, huge windows, open plan high spec kitchen / living room, Tv's, parking and modern interior.
The Space:
This apartment is situated right in the heart of Lord Street, set back in the old posting office building. It has all the original features with very large ceilings and big sash windows.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has Egyptian cotton sheets and deep mattress toppers for sheer comfort. Both bathroom suites have Villroy & Bosch designer showers, toilets, sinks and one bathroom also has a bath.The open plan living space has a fabulous high spec kitchen with a washer dryer, dishwasher, hob and oven, dining table and 4chairs, 2 sofas, chair and 2 foot stools.
There is a secure gated car park under the building with lift access to the apartment door. This is at an additional cost of £10.00 per day per space and is to be paid via our website.
You will have access to the whole apartment, there is no shared amenities
Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc . 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.
