Positive: The location and the room was large

Negative: The room was very noisy in the morning with music from the downstairs bar area being played from 7am on a Sunday morning. Completely unnecessary as it was only staff there at the time and being a Sunday it was very early .

Summary: Nice place but needs to be run better for the residents especially when the pub is closed.
