Covered terrace with table, chairs, and barbecue. One outdoor seating area in the shade of the apple tree, and a second facing the countryside and its sunsets. Covered shelter with a ping-pong table, darts, and pétanque balls. Semi-enclosed property: the backyard is enclosed by a removable gate (upon request). Front yard with parking space.
