The house is located on a quiet street in a nice family neighborhood. 2 beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach are included. Newly installed central AC for both floors. The house has an open concept for a ranch house. The entire house has been completely updated including a new kitchen that has quartz counter tops, custom cabinets and high end stainless steel appliances. Brand new floors and custom bench/table area were also just installed. The house has two family rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The upstairs is just under 1300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen, family room and dining room. The family room is very bright, has two sky lights, large sectional and is open to the kitchen. The downstairs is completely finished with a large family room, washer/dryer room, full bathroom, 1 bedroom and new flooring. Beautiful 750 sq ft trex deck with outdoor couches, large table, grill, outdoor shower and has three different levels. We supply most of the essentials needed while you are on vacation (coffee, paper towels, towels, linens, beach chairs, coolers, welcome gift, etc). Narrow river is only .5 mile walk and Narragansett town beach is only 3.5 miles away. Newport is about a 15 minute drive.
