She’s a spacious, newly remodeled home in the heart of San Antonio. The Ada was originally a 50s-built family home, that has now been lovingly rehabbed and is ready for guests.
The home is positioned on a corner lot under large oak trees. It is centrally located and close to The Riverwalk, The Pearl, Mission Concepcion, and downtown. Also very close to grocery and retail shopping for convenience!
The space
The home is an open concept with a spacious living/dining/kitchen area where you are greeted with butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is a primary en-suite with an all-new bathroom. Off the front hallway, you’ll find two very bright and airy bedrooms. And lastly the rehabbed vintage pink bathroom.
There is a shaded backyard with room for two cars in the driveway. The front does have street parking available, and the next door neighbor does not use her driveway so feel free to park where you can.
