Positive: The property had some lovely views, and the staff were helpful when we had no hot water — they sorted it out quickly, which we appreciated.

Negative: The property was generally okay, but there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. There were spider webs in the corners, and there wasn’t a TV in the bedroom. The TV in the living room also had a very limited viewing angle. Parking was quite inconvenient — you have to walk about five minutes along a muddy path each time you want to get to the cabin. The access road to the site is also full of potholes. The electrical box looks very outdated; the last inspection sticker said the next test was due in February 2024, and it’s now November 2025. There was no discount offered for onsite facilities, and the hot tub was an additional £46 for roughly an hour’s use, which felt overpriced for something we thought was included within the cost of the stay.
