Located in a charming coastal town, its adjacent to I95, approx. 1.5 -2 mile to beaches, walking distance to train/restaurants, and 15 mins to Yale/New Haven and breweries.
The Space:
This unit features electronic keypad door locks (no keys required), laundry room, memory foam mattresses, TV with Netflix, free wifi, fully stocked kitchen, Take a Book Leave a Book bookcase and outdoor seating.

This is a noise sensitive property (sensitive neighbors)! We have quiet hours after 10p and until 7a (please see our other properties if this is not a fit).

Guest Access:
Please use the driveway at 117 Clark Street. Please do not pull into our neighbor's driveway.
Please access the home through the back door at the rear end of the driveway, adjacent to the garage and driveway. There is an electronic key pad.
There is parking for 2 cars comfortably. Please be careful when backing out on to the main street as traffic goes both ways.
The Neighborhood:
This is a residential neighborhood and noise sensitive! We have quiet hours between 10p and 7am, please help us to be a good neighbor by respecting these hours and please only inquire if this is a good fit for your visit. Thank you!
Getting Around:
This is a residential neighborhood with a lot of sidewalks for walking. The driveway fits 2 cars comfortably. We are located .25 mi from I95 so great for commuting and close to many restaurants, grocery store, shopping.

This is a historic home! We hope you love the modern touches we have added and the historic ones we have saved : )
Landscapers - every other Saturday in Spring and Summer our landscapers come to cut the grass, typically mid morning. They are in and out in 20-30 mins : )
