Welcome to my childhood 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with high speed internet. It's located in a nice safe, quiet subdivision inside Columbia county. It's minutes from the Augusta National, the downtown business & medical district and also area shopping. All bedrooms has comfortable queen size bed.

I grew up in this home so please treat our house kindly. The house was built in the 1990s in a quiet part of town but not too far from all your reasons to visit.
The house has four bedrooms and two and a half baths. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There are three HDTVs in the house. One in the living room and two in the larger bedrooms. They are all smart TVs but you'll have to supply your own streaming account. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Downstairs is the living room with large screen HDTV, sofa, loveseat, coffee table, small breakfast table, and small dining table. Also downstairs the the half bath. The temperature for the house is set to maintain 68°F to 74°F or about 20°C to 23°C. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The laundry room is located on the second floor between all the bedrooms.
You'll have access to the entire home except garage and backyard shed. You can access the space anytime day and night using a personal code.
I'm usually in the area if I'm needed and I'll always be available by phone.
