If an unauthorized animal is found on the premises, we will kindly ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

6.【Self Catering】
We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.
7.【Early check-in】
We understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that a early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.
8.【NO late check-out】
We kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests. Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.

We want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11. 【Stay for 30 days or more】
If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we’d like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement. This isn’t just a formality it helps ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay. We also require that our guests have an income of at least three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 700 or higher. Background and credit check is required. Guest may book the date to secure the reservation, but if they fail the background or credit check, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. A refundable security deposit will be asked and will be returned once confirmed no damages in the property.
