If any disruptions disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Violations of these rules, including hosting private parties, will incur a $1,000 charge.

3.【NO SMOKING】
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rental home or anywhere on the property. If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.
4.【PET POLICY】
We are happy to welcome pets at our property! However, all pets must be declared at the time of booking and approved in advance.
Please note that bringing an unregistered or unauthorized pet is not allowed. If an undeclared pet is found on the premises, a non-refundable fee of $500 (up to $1,000 depending on the situation) will be charged.

We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.

We understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.
8.【NO late check-out】
We kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests. Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
We want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. If you are unsure, please leave them inside the rental home, and our cleaning crew will handle them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11. 【Stay for 30 days or more】
If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement.
