Positive: The location was really good as we needed to be near Victoria station for our sons early morning flight

Negative: Where do I start - 1. we could not use one of the bedrooms as there was water damage along the ceiling water on the window ledge and floor and mould all down the sides of window ledges also curtains at back were covered in water damage leaving the room smelling musty and my grand daughter has asthma so we were not taking any chances - this had been reported and pictures sent and the vendor said they would get the contractor to fix this - not sure if it will be - 2. The kitchen - opened a cupboard to reveal the the dish washer to a disgusting smell of musty water obviously hadn’t been used but cleaning staff should at least have been making sure it went through a cycle - we could not do this as no instructions on how to use it - - had to wash plates we took out as they were marked also no dish towel - the fridge had big bits of ice attached to back of it in need of a defrost 3. Bathrooms - on suite the water took forever to run away in the sink and even with plug out you had to be careful also the family bathroom was a wet room but water would not run away either causing water to come out to door - also old towels put down instead of bath mats en-suite one looked as if it had been in contact with bleach Dirty bedding in wadrobe in en-suite room so if I wanted to hang stuff up I couldn’t not very hygienic Although this is not property’s fault the smell of weed was disgusting could not leave windows open and on first night people in flat downstairs were partying and son could not sleep and had to say to them around 2 in morning could they keep noise down as we had a baby sleeping

Summary: Good location not far from Victoria stations and 20 min walk to Big Ben - if issues were fixed would be a good property
