Positive: I love the facilities - pool, hot tub, and saunas- available at The Senator Inn. They are by far some of the best available in the area. Our room was nice, but the toilet handle was loose and would run if we didn’t remember to shake it until it stopped. Otherwise, everything was as advertised and as expected.

Negative: It is about time for some remodeling to happen in the pool and spa area, there are several large areas of peeling paint and it doesn’t look good. Although I’m sure it is from the heat and moisture in that space, it still should be addressed before it starts to fall into the hot tub

Summary: A wonderful place for a quick getaway while staying close to home!
