Positive: Location was very convenient

Negative: Large pothole on leaving the site on your private road damaged my tyre beyond repair. I have emailed your office about this but received zero response. West Sussex County Council have informed me that this is a private road. Unless I hear from you I will be instigating a civil claim as I had renewed all four tyres three days previously.
