You will have access the entire home for yourself except for an outdoor maintenance storage shed, an indoor HVAC utility closet and another indoor storage closet where we keep cleaning supplies.
Automated check in/out-- you can enter the house with only your smart phone. We will do our best to take care of any issues that may arise ASAP.

-No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
-The EV charger plug is free for you to charge your Tesla, Bolt, Leaf, etc. Bring your own adapter for the 14-50 NEMA plug. There is also a Tesla supercharger less than 5 minutes away at Walnut Hill and 75.
-Events will be permitted on a case by case basis and will incur an additional fee. Please inquire for more details.
-The house is on a major street so there may be some traffic noise. There is no parking available on the main street, but there is room for 5+ cars between the carport and wrap around driveway.
-Property is serviced by Eco-Safe pest control which is all natural and safe for your children and the environment.

• No smoking. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied.
• Parking is available on the wrap around driveway and in the carport. There is no parking on Royal Lane or on neighbor’s driveways.
• Please do not play loud music or create excessive noise outside after 11:00PM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
• Early check-in and Late checkout. Please dont hesitate to contact us so we could check the availability and rate.
