Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
There is a tandem parking space on the side of the house, which can be used for a small car. The tandem space will be shared with one other tenant. We can also look for an additional parking space.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
