Spacious, modern townhome with a large rooftop deck and outdoor furniture/gas fireplace featuring a mountain view on one side, city view on the other. 2 bedrooms, each with their own unique floor.
The house is located just a 3 minute walk to the Perry Station light rail stop, making it easy to get around the city without uber/lyft or a rental car if that is your preference. The train comes by every 20 minutes, and is just a 13 minute ride from Union Station. In addition, the house is located just a 3 minute walk from a park with a playground, picnic tables, etc with walking/bike paths all around the area.
Note that while there are 2 private bedroom/bathroom spaces, we provide a queen sized air mattress that can be used in the living room if additional sleeping space is desired.
Smart TV included- easy login access to virtually any tv streaming platform. Wifi access included, as well as 2 dedicated workspaces throughout the house with an additional monitor to hook up to.
Brand new appliances include washer and dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc. The townhouse is a new build completed in 2022, so everything is in nearly brand new condition.
We provide coffee, tea, etc. for you to make your stay more comfortable!
Parking is free and abundantly available. 10 minute walk to Sloans lake where there are many restaurants and bars. There is also a reliable light rail station within a 2 minute walk for quick access to LoDo and surrounding areas of downtown.

Perry Station, 2 minute walk from the townhouse and will take you all the way to Golden or downtown Denver, as well as Denver International Airport The light rail is clean, quick and reliable to exploring the rest of Colorado.
