Positive: The room itself was delightful. Very cosy, liked the interior design and really felt like a home away from home with some really thoughtful touches. The location was fantastic too. Barely saw the other guests and they were very quiet and respectful. The place felt really secure too. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was super comfy.

Negative: Unfortunately the issues I had with this place came down to the management. You get the impression from the get go that the management only care about making money. I've known places charge for early check in but not a tiered system where it's £35 for early then £25 for the next tier. £35 also for a bottle of wine!? It was absolutely freezing outside and anywhere else would just release the door code but here, it's bang on check in time. Then there's the security deposit which as others have said, wasn't made hugely clear. I think I also read in the policy that if you don't pay the security deposit in time, they can cancel the booking and not refund your money which is an insane way of doing things. It's a real shame cause the place itself is really lovely and the people you can msg also seem really friendly but the policies/business behind it all seem to be the issue in my opinion.
